Have for 5 years prior to such acquisition have been in continuous full time or part time employment in the said parishes or have accepted an unconditional offer of employment in the said parishes;
Demonstrate a family connection to the said Parishes. For the purpose of this sub-clause a person shall be deemed to have a family connection to a parish where that persons mother, father, son or daughter has immediately prior to such acquisition or occupation been continuous resident in the Parish for 2 years.
