b) One adult was resident in the parish, for 5 years within the previous 10 years immediately prior to occupation.
c) At least parent, child, guardian or siblings of at least one adult in the household, has been resident in the parish for at least 5 years immediately prior to occupation.
d) One adult in the household has been in continuous employment for at least 16 hours a week in the parish for at least 5 years immediately prior to occupation.
e) At least one adult in the household is a qualifying person as set out in the Allocation of Housing (England) Regulations 2012
