Please note there is no lift so applicants must be able to make stairs. Wet room shower. Communal parking, lounge & guest room on site. There is space for a washing machine but tenants can use the communal laundry facilities if they wish.

Applicants with a two bedroom need will be considered first, if no one is found, one bed need applicants will be considered if they do not incur the bedroom tax.

There is an intensive housing management charge of £31.48 per month for the housing workers that visit site, this is housing benefit eligible but not universal credit eligible.

Unfortunately, no pets allowed except registered assistance Dogs. One month rent in advance required prior to tenancy start date.

Successful applicants will be required to complete Westwards application form, send in documentation to do a financial assessment & references will be applied for before a formal offer will be made.
