A two bedroom, maximum three person, semi-detached Bungalow for those who are 55+. Please note there are at least four steps at the front & rear of the property. Property does benefit from a level access shower. Rural location so transport is advisable.

Applicants with a two bedroom need will be considered first, if no one is found, one bed need applicants will be considered if they do not incur the bedroom tax.

Pets allowed with permission. One month rent in advance required prior to tenancy start date.

Local connection criteria applies to Torridge. Successful applicants must have a connection in one of the following ways;

- To have lived within Torridge for 6 out of the past 12 months or 3 out of the past 5 years

- To have a permanent full or part time job (not seasonal & at least 16hrs) for the past 6 months within Torridge

- To have an immediate family member (Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Son or Daughter) living within Torridge & have done for the past 5 years continuously

Successful applicants will be required to complete Westwards application form, provide proof of local connection, send in documentation to do a financial assessment & references will be applied for before a formal offer will be made.
