Description
This is a development of brand-new Mid terrace properties. We are anticipating this phase to be ready end of April 2023.
A local connection applies where we must consider applicants in the following order.

One month’s rent in advance is required regardless of any benefit entitlement, prior to signing the tenancy agreement.
