One month rent in advance required prior to tenancy start date.

Local connection criteria applies to Uffculme. Successful applicants must have a connection in one of the following ways;

- To have lived within Uffculme for 6 out of the past 12 months or 3 out of the past 5 years

- To have a permanent full or part time job (not seasonal & at least 16hrs) for the past 6 months within Uffculme

- To have an immediate family member (Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Son or Daughter) living within Uffculme & have done for the past 5 years continuously

Successful applicants will be required to complete Westwards application form, provide proof of local connection, send in documentation to do a financial assessment & references will be applied for before a formal offer will be made.
