Due to maintenance of this service users will not be able to log into the system from Friday 29th March 2024 to 31st March 2024. Users will also not be able to create or update any applications during this time. There will be no properties advertised from Wednesday 27th March 2024 to Monday 1st April 2024. New applications and updates will resume from Monday 1st April 2024. Properties will be advertised as per normal from Wednesday 3rd April 2024.
Your Contact Details and Local Connection Information
Important: If we don't have your correct phone number or email address you could miss out on a home or have your application cancelled. Between 1 January 2023 and 30 June 2023 over 700 households missed out on a home because landlords were unable to contact them.
It is also important for you to keep your local connection details updated as failure to do so may result in your bid not being considered for homes where a local connection is required. Please click here to update your details
Any false or inaccurate information may result in your application being cancelled, any offers made withdrawn, and any tenancies granted may be forfeited.
