Council and housing association homes available to rent and shared ownership homes are advertised through Devon Home Choice.

Friday 25 May: Due to essential maintenance Devon Home Choice will not be available on Friday 25 May between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m.
The Government has made some important changes to social housing. Some homes will be let at higher rents (up to 80% of private market rents), and some will have a fixed term tenancy (for example, 5 years). This will be made clear on homes being advertised. Please click here to read more.
Council and housing association homes available to rent and shared ownership homes are advertised through Devon Home Choice.
Homes in the following local authority areas are currently being advertised with preference to applicants with a local connection to that particular local authority (Click here for more information):
- East Devon - North Devon - South Hams
- Teignbridge - Torridge - West Devon
